I am JH3VWN, name is Ueda(‘SHIN’), and I will be the new president of the Nara DX Association (NDXA) starting in April 2025.
NDXA was founded in 1972 and has a history of over half a century, and is the only DX club in the Kansai region.
Currently, we have 32 members, representing not only Nara Prefecture but also Osaka, Kyoto, Hyogo, and Shiga, five prefectures in the Kansai region.
We have 11 members on the DXCC Honor Roll, 4 on the IOTA Honor Roll, and some members have achieved over 3,000 points in the DXCC Challenge and over 1,000 points in the IOTA.
We have many visitors from overseas, and we actively interact with them by accompanying them on SOTA and hosting dinner parties.
We also participate as a supporting club instructor in the CW Practical Training Seminar held every January hosted by the JARL Nara Branch, .
Members also socialize at club general meetings, BBQ parties, and year-end parties.
Anyone living in the Kansai region with letters of recommendation from two members is welcome to join, so please contact us.
Both DX veterans and beginners are welcome.
